Our stay at Conrad Xiamen exceeded our expectations. Beyond the excellent location and stunning views, what impressed us most was the attention to detail and consistency of service. Arrival and check-in were seamless, the room was immaculate, and the thoughtful decoration and cake made our stay feel especially personalised.
Even the smaller touches stood out — quality toiletries, mouth rinse, dental amenities and bath products were thoughtfully prepared. Breakfast was enjoyable with good coffee, and service throughout was warm and attentive.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa, returning for a second treatment during our stay. The therapists were professional and skilful, and the overall experience was relaxing and of consistently good quality.
Dinner at 鹭城轩 (Lucheng) was another highlight. While priced on the higher tier, the food quality, presentation and attentive service exceeded our expectations and made it well worth the price.
True luxury is often found in the details, and Conrad Xiamen delivered them exceptionally well. A memorable stay that felt genuinely worth what we paid — we would gladly return.

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff
Mold in the shower, for that price we were deeply disappointed, after we ask for another room, they offered us to pay 80€ plus per night. Windows dirty so you can’t enjoy the view. No outside pool. The Sky Restaurant with Michelin Star was a disaster, staff didn’t spoke english and took orders wrongly, extremely expensive for poor quality, absolutely nothing special.
