Perfect location, literally in walking distance to many places of interest, cafes, and restaurants. The host Mirko was very friendly and helpful. The property was kept very clean and tea, coffee and water is available to drink.
Breakfast is not offered which I’m sure is not important for many but I personally wish it was,as I had to buy bananas and breakfast bars before heading out. I visited with my elderly father and there is a step up to the toilet and shower which worried me a little as he had a room on his own.

Staff were amazing, really nice and informative about the area. Will definitely be back! Was a 2/3 minute walk to the main square.

Excellent location in the city walls beautifully kept accommodation . Great communication from Mirko a brilliant guy who recommended a places to eat nearby. Thanks for an excellent stay and will stay again next time in Lucca 👍

Location was good.
Mirko was a very good host and affable.
Size of room and shower room very small.
Lighting poor if you want to read. Not like brochure pictures.
Facilities very basic, tea/coffee making facilities in communal corridor.
