The placement is perfect. You're literally in the center of the city with everything going on right outside the windows. It's just a short walk of 300 meters from the ZTL border, where my girlfriend was waiting with our suitcases while I found free parking 10 minutes away. The apartment is a older bigger apartment that has been rebuilt into 3 smaller apartments.
The apartment is very warm and it wasn't possible to cool it down with the aircondition. The kitchen was okay, but not very well equipped. We asked for a proper knife and a drying cloth and it was provided right away but the knife was very slow. Since the host are restaurant owners I would have expected a better kitchen.

Great location, overlooking the Amfiteatro Piazza, with a big top down window you can open (not really a balcony, but really OK).
The place is large, the host welcomed with a bottle of wine, plenty of water and breakfast food in the kitchen and fridge, which was a nice touch.

Great location and large suite with a view! Very clean and close to everything.
The AC could have been better but we closed off the larger door that separated the bedroom from the rest of the suite and it helped a lot!
