Friendly staff and great central location. We had an issue with the AC in the room but they changed our room the following day when it couldn’t be fixed.

Super central, overlooking two cute piazzas. Great pizza restaurant next door. Rooms are a bit too small - even though we stayed in a mid tier one with the view.
The gym is way too basic. Some dumbbells, a bench and a treadmill (and a super old elliptical). It needs a cable machine at least…

I would love to thank the staff, especially staff on the desk! They were so lovely, welcoming and helpful. My stay was absolutely amazing and I have been recommending it to everyone I’ve spoken to since returning home. I will definitely be coming back again. The attention to detail was wonderful and I highly recommend anyone to book a stay, especially to visit during Lucca’s summer festival! Thank you again so much!
