An immaculately clean, characterful place. Plentiful breakfast and cheerful owners and staff. Good location with a gem of a pizza restaurant just around the corner.
A tip: if you are a light sleeper book one of the rooms at the back ( as I did), as you may be disturbed by traffic, which isn’t that busy, but may bother you.

Feels like a museum/art gallery. The decor is beautiful. Excellent location 5 mins walk into Lucca walls and 2 mins to the train station, but still feels quiet and homely. The owners and people who work here were all very kind and friendly. Loved this place. Breakfast felt lovingly curated.

Wonderful house just outside the walls of Lucca. Easy to walk to train and into town centre. Wonderful breakfast and hosts who gave tips of where to go. Great air conditioning in the heat. Very comfortable bed.

It was so close to the city and the train station and had lots of extras in the room and lovely large bathroom and plenty of towels and the bedding was lovely also a massive breakfast which was very tasty
