The family room is very comfy and has lots of space.
It is. Ot close to the city center, so you need a vehicle or public transportation to visit it.

Our suite was fabulous for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Bus stop.was directly outside which we used.
The location was a little out of town but we knew that.

Great hotel for visiting Lucca. It’s quite a walk, 1 mile, to Lucca old town walls however parking, bus and taxis are readily available.
Welcoming helpful staff, clean and modern hotel, excellent parking. The beds are huge and very comfortable.
Breakfast was reasonably priced at 10 euros however needed restocking.

Very cold Staff was very unfriendly. Bed was Super hard! Linen was very cheap.
