A wonderful welcome from the staff when we arrived on a hot afternoon. They had cold drinks and snacks waiting for us.
The rooms were very nicely appointed and quiet even thought the hotel is close to all the liveliness of Lucca. We walked in minutes to great restaurants and shops. The breakfast was generous and delicious with lots of choices, and there was a patio where we could enjoy our meal.

Very friendly staff and location is great and rooms are lovely with new bathrooms.
Staircase a bit tight and the mattresses could be renewed.

Good location. Felt European.
The bed was hard and uneven. When we asked about adding breakfast we felt like it was a bother for them.
