Once we got our bearings we realised the hotel was in a good location close to the shopping street and Piazzo Ampiteatro. Our room was lovely and bed was comfy. There was a lovely restaurant attached to the hotel which did great food at a very reasonable price. The staff spoke very good English and were lovely

When we finally hit the room we had booked it was good
They did not have the room we had booked for our first night. Although three nights had been confirmed they sent us to an annex the first night which was awful. By the second night they gave us the room we should have had.
