This place is amazing! Highly recommended, it’s the best city break you can have. Feels like you are in a game reserve. The rooms are spacious, they have coffee making facilities, a kettle, a complimentary mini bar fridge stocked with beers, soft drinks, ciders and water. The beds were so comfortable. The bathroom was spacious lovely bathtub and great shower. Breakfast was buffet style, the usual continental breakfast served with some local delicacies. Omelette station and mimosas as free flowing. Porters are on top form, they have golf buggies to take you up to your room. Reception staff were very welcoming. It’s a great venue for a wedding or getting ready for a wedding. Would recommend that they get little sewing kits for guests as the stress of a ripped dress before a wedding is not fun. They have a lovely swimming pool and the bar looks great.

Everything 😅 the staff is very respectful and friendly . From the porters to the restaurant staff. The reception lady , Manager Linah if I’m not mistaken and Sphe from the Kraal restaurant made our stay worth while ❤️
Bar fridge was just not working proper all the refreshments were pretty much hot . I think they should improve on that or at least bring some ice every now and then.
