Not worth the $2,000 I spent for 3 nights.

Good location

Spa services were mediocre and the staff seemed to rush you out. I was sitting in the sauna for less than 10 minutes and the staff kept coming and asking me if I was done. It made me uncomfortable so I left. I feel the massages and facials I received were from a beginner, they also didn’t steam your face to open your pores. There was no pillow for your neck to support it, also, they should have a pillow to go under your knees while laying on your back to prevent your back from hurting. Also had a discrepancy about our bill that the staff dismissed our concerns about and wouldn’t even discuss it because we “signed” for the service. I definitely feel like I got taken advantage of because I was from America. Will not be returning to this hotel on my next trip.

Really bad experience

Power was cut 4 times during the night. When I called for room service the person answered didn’t know anything and I had to wait for 15 mins to just place my order which was club sandwich not even anything special, just for basic stuff. For this price I could have stayed in any nice property in Chandigarh. Even in 3 star hotels they have decent power backup. Should have given my money back for this horrible experience.

Amazing stay

It was nice and clean and being at the 17 sector makes it perfect if you want to roam around the city. The staff was amazing and we had an amazing stay.

Location is good. Staff service is excellent

There was a strange smell at lobby entrance Had to change room because of smoke smell though it was a non smoking room. Thanks to night duty manager . Was very supportive. Room s and washroom give s old feel. Strangely no mini bar for this level of hotel.

Clean, comfortable, great location.

Hotel with excellent location. Rooms were well fitted, comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a lot of variety.

Breakfast preparation could have been better. I found the idlis too hard, for example. Couldn't cut through them with a spoon. This is not expected from a five star hotel.

Excellent staff. In all departments. Very courteous and very prompt in helping. Esp. Rahul at front desk and Manjeet in the restaurant. Room was large and comfortable

The washroom is badly designed. The main door to the loo and door of shower cubicle are sure to hit anyone at the sink or each other. The sink area is exceptionally tiny

Breakfast - was good. However, when asked for a bar of chocolate they said it was not available. Room service - good location - good Spa- did not meet the expectations at all. It was a disappointment that there was no warm water shower after the spa. There was no green tea provided. The masseur seemed disinterested. It overall ruined the experience.

Ok kinds.. location is good food is good..

Bathroom size.. also the balcony has a wall so from the room you cannot see the view .. it was the major let down . Also no kids room

We enjoyed our first time visit to Chandigarh, the most planned city in India,

1) The restaurant and its staff service is excellent. Buffett and a la carte service for breakfast, dinner is very good. The quality of food is excellent. The staff in the restaurant are well trained and well mannered. 2) The location is right in the middle of all shopping arcades. Many tourist attraction places like Rock garden, Rose garden, Sukhna lake, Bird park, Museums are within 15 mins drive from Hotel.

The detailed information about the tourist attraction places in Chandigarh and also about the places around Chandigarh is not easily available at the Hotel although they have maintained some brochures about the places of interest. It would help visitors if Hotel maintains such a desk for the purpose.

Very pleasant stay.

Ambience of the hotel was very good, modern and welcoming. Staff were very helpful and the location was excellent.

What could have been better were 2 items. The furniture in the rooms was very heavy (chairs, table) and were difficult for ladies to move. second the safe/locker should be bolted to the wall and not mobile. Otherwise very nice stay.

In all a good experience but Value for money is an issue..

Breakfast spread was very good with lot of options from kitchen . We had a nice breakfast and dinner at Corby,s and food was good. Our special thanks to Imran for giving a great experience at breakfast and also helped us with packing nice snacks for our long journey back. We also had a great experience at dinner with Gopal ensuring the best service and made us very comfortable. Thanks to all the staff at Hyatt Centric..

Both the main lifts were not working during our two days of stay..

Great service provided by Shalu. Room was neat and clean but A/C wasn’t cooling properly so sleeping wasn’t comfortable
