Everything is good except the food. The staff are lovely and the rooms are comfortable. The kids loved the pool!

The staff kept us waiting and checked in guest who came after us.
You have to call on all numbers of hotel to get room service. Every time you have to mail
3 -4 times on each number and if you are lucky someone will pickup

Food was very good and service was very nice and helpful. The room was confortable with all amenities needed. Probably one of the best Hotels in Chandigarh. The city is so interesting, Green and well designed that the story only is enough to worth a visit and the HOtel is the best option. Polite staff, good breakfast and a pleasant garden to sit and enjoy the weather when it is good.
Fake Grass, and Fake decoration. India can provide for so much fresh products and flowers that I could not really understand this. Poor options for Tourists to go around the city to discover it.
