As a budget traveller, I had some reservations about the 'Luxurious' tag, but these turned out to be unfounded. While the property is in a very smart and convenient location, at the same time it has character and domestic comfort. The room was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could need.
'Homestay' is also a perfectly apt description. The hosts were very welcoming and personable, and made me feel entirely at home.
Chandigarh is an untypically ordered city and very green with a wide variety of parks. It is of huge significance for its architecture, but also has a wealth of pleasing outdoor spaces, notably the Rock Garden, as well as museums and galleries.
Nothing much lacking from my point of view. Chandigarh has plenty of shops and street food outlets. I didn't see any upmarket dining places but I wasn't really looking for that.

The neighborhood is excellent. Easy to walk to green spaces, rose garden, etc.
The breakfast could have been better. The shower set-up could be improved by enclosing it, so water isn't broadcast all over the bathroom. And we were asked to vacate our room two hours early so our hosts could prepare for other guests.
