Location Tranquility Staff were very helpfull and very freindly particularly mitch from the bar staff beach was also very good and sunset beach trip was good
Self laundry service is good as long as you bring own detergent
Could do with more cleaning of tables and sun. Loungers might help with flies
Should of been informed prior to arrival of 2 of 4 restarunts were closed on first day and 1 was closed the whole stay with no update
TV would be good but Wifi was terrible definately needs improvement
Lots of improvements with no warning and also offer to change towels daily but 5 times out of 7 had to phone to get towels
Food service at cafe was also slow

The Staff are amazing
The rooms are clean and very comfortable

Views were spectacular. Staff were very friendly but could do with a lot more training. More communication between departments needed.
Food was mediocre at best. Very disappointing. Price was way too expensive for the services delivered. No mention of the 17.5% tax on everything plus 3% for using a credit card until checkin.
