Great location Very helpful staff as we had issue with plugs and computer Very comfortable

Maybe the hummus and roasted veg meal in evening could be bit more veg and less hummus

Good location for Wengen view.

No 24 hours counter service.

Location, staff, and facilities.

Lack of amenities such as refrigerators and oven which are essential.

9 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026

Breakfast was excellent with very good complementary egg menu made to order. I loved the balcony with the extremely comfortable chairs. The staff were more than helpful and very friendly with a personal touch. The dinner menu is probably the best in Wengen at a reasonable price.

I liked the honesty room with free coffee and tea but still would have loved a coffeemaker in the room. A fridge would also have been nice but I understand the environmental and cost / space concerns.
