I absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is charming, and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Most of the staff are Portuguese.
The breakfast was great, with plenty of options. I also really liked their approach to reducing food waste by asking guests what they would like. The view from the room was breathtaking! Having access to a coffee and tea machine 24/7 was a great bonus. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

The vegetation meals for the dinner weren't the nicest im afraid but my husband enjoyed his meat dishes

A beautiful Swiss stay in a fairytale setting
There is a quiet confidence about this hotel. The atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful, with a respect for guests’ comfort and thoughtful attention to detail that never feels overdone. Everything comes together to make it remarkably easy to settle in and enjoy being there.
We were a couple and a single who stayed in both a superior room with a mountain view and a single room with a mountain view, and both were everything we could have hoped for. Spacious, comfortable and inviting, they were a pleasure to return to. But the views made them unforgettable. Simply sitting and looking out at the Lauterbrunnen Valley and surrounding mountains was an experience in itself, worth every moment spent in the room.
The setting is almost impossibly picturesque—a little Swiss wonderland that feels lifted from a fairytale. Yet what made our stay so special was how naturally the hotel complemented it: calm, understated and beautifully considered.
A place we were delighted to have chosen and genuinely sorry to leave.
