The location was excellent and it was nice convenience to have the hotel shuttle pick up and drop off at the train station. The 24 hour self serve coffee/tea station was also another nice amenity.

We were disappointed in the menu choices for the evening dinners and the breakfast Buffet was definitely less desirable than other places we’ve stayed at.

Location is beautiful and the porter assistance with luggage is greatly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. Half board option with dinner is great value.

Our room was a bit small (although very nice) but that is not the hotel’s fault - we could have paid more for a bigger one with a balcony - highly recommend to do this if within budget. While half board dinner is great value there are lots of other options in Wengen that younger couples may prefer the vibe of.
