Betty & Jonny were very helpful.
Restaurant meals were always good.
Ate there twice. Good quality and value for money.
We ran a travel company for decades and this is not really a 4 star hotel. It needs refreshing and the gardens need attention.

Beautiful room with patio, nice housekeeper, really clean, beautiful garden and swimming pool.
On the website they said they cater for vegan but in reality they dont, at brekfast vegan food should be labelled as vegan and same for the restaurant.

The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good
Fair stay, but not quite 4-star quality
There are lots of little things that add up. The rooms feel quite dated more like something from the 90s than a modern hotel. The “spa” isn’t really a spa, just a small room with a jacuzzi that costs an unexpectedly high fee to use.
It was also disappointing to find that you have to pay extra for things that are usually included in a 4-star hotel, like a cappuccino outside breakfast hours. Even using an iron means going to a staff room to do it yourself, which feels odd.
Overall, it gives off more of a U.S. highway motel vibe than a proper 4-star experience. The most frustrating part is the constant sense that you’re being charged extra for everything. Given the price and the hotel’s claimed rating, it just doesn’t feel quite right.
That said, the staff were very nice and helpful, and they did their best to make our stay pleasant it’s just a shame the facilities don’t match their level of service.
