Location very convenient for the airport, the facilities are really good.
The offer of the buffet dinner at £50 a head is a stark contrast to the really good authentic Korean restaurants around the corner that would feed a family of four for less than that and with better quality food!
I booked in January, so it was a bit of a surprise to turn up in August to be told they didn’t have a record of my booking. Apparently the hotel had split between east and west branches and not told Booking.com or me, so it was a nervy few minutes while I had to prove that I had indeed booked and paid some months prior. Eventually a room was sorted, but a bit of a mess considering it’s supposed to be 5*
