The bathroom was the only part of the room that felt worthy of a five-star hotel.
I stayed in the Forest Tower over a performance weekend. Unfortunately, the lounge on the first floor was completely taken over by people waiting for the show. Since guests have to pass through the lounge to reach the rooms, it was extremely noisy and there seemed to be very little control over the situation.
The commercial areas connected to the venue were also very crowded and noisy throughout the day, not just during the two-hour performance.
The room itself was underwhelming for a five-star hotel. The bedding and pillows felt below the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel. As for the room amenities, the slippers were honestly the only thing I liked.
If you're staying mainly for an event at the venue, the location may be convenient. Otherwise, considering the price, I'd rather stay at a five-star hotel in central Seoul.
