Pleasant

Good location and comfortable room.

It was expensive for what we had. We were only able to use the pool once during our stay which was highly disappointing. In terms of value for money, this place just doesn’t deliver

Superb

The place is full of facilities that can be used even without staying at the hotel. There is access to the gym and pool once a day for free if you stay at the hotel. There are many restaurants in many styles, very tasty. There are restaurants for which you need to register in advance. The room itself is clean with a nice view and lots of things. The outdoor pool has pleasant water and there is also a jacuzzi and a very warm pool. We did not enter the indoor pool. The staff is very very nice and helps with everything, there is no problem to leave your bags after check-out and go eat at the restaurants in the Plaza area. The casino is very worth it, it was an outstanding experience even if you don't play, but you must join a club member it's free and you get gifts. I think compared to the price of the place itself it's worth it but as a one time experience...

We didn't go for breakfast it sounds too expensive for us. The pool is full of children but if you come after 17:00 it is relatively empty of people.

If you have money, this is THE place to stay

The hotel and it's many offerings were great. Lots of things to do.

In-room dining options were very limited, and its quality was not that great. However, lots of restaurant options within the hotel buildings compensate for this.

Amazing and I already want to go back!

It’s beautiful & Lux. The loo in the room was life changing! Bed was super comfortable & room service breakfasts were soo good This hotel is amazing & would happily stay here again it’s also super close to the airport with a free shuttle bus to & from the airport that runs regularly. The staff we interacted with were all amazing & helpful and thankfully spoke excellent English which was a lovely surprise as my Korean is limited to numbers, hello & thank you. We loved it here.

If you’re British the black tea may not be to your palette but we’re nit picking with this. (the had Lipton brand black tea in the rooms which we’re not fans of”

Loved almost every minute of it.

The location to Incheon airport was fantastic. Would have liked to take the Maglev but that was not running for the duration of our stay. A half hourly comfortable bus service was adequate for our transport too and from the hotel. The staff were fantastic with nothing too hard for them to handle. The room was one of the best that we have stayed in during more than 40 years of travel both for business or for pleasure.

Wanted a coffee at 7am. The coffee in the room came without instructions on use and we ended up with a bad tasting coffee with many coffee granules included. Our next preferred option was to go downstairs for a morning coffee but this was not available as nothing was open (this facility is still recovering from all the Covid lay-offs and closures). Room service coffee was not really an option we preferred so we finally took the shuttle bus back to the airport where plenty of options were available to us. Being a luxury hotel there should have been an in-house option for us apart from room service. Finally the internet is great for the hotel building (including the rooms) but became very problematic once you stray down corridors to places like the Plaza.

Good

Check in was smooth. The staff treated us with utmost courtesy. The facilities were great and the outdoor premises were pleasant for a walk.

We really liked our experience in Paradise City. The only feedback I would have is that in one of the restaurants on the site that is not affiliated with the hotel, we had a very bad case of miscommunication which led to excessive overcharge of food that we didn't consume.

Exceptional service and great for families

Exceptional service. So many options in the facilities. Amazing for families with kids!! We stayed here for one night before leaving Seoul (close vicinity to Incheon airport), and wished we were staying longer! Rooms are spacious and comfortable as well!
