The location of the hotel is excellent.
Conveniently located right at thr beachfront with its own dedicated beach section with beach loungers and umbrellas was a plus.
Rooms are very spacious and luxurious.
The breakfast options were a bit limited in my opinion and would suggest that breakfast start earlier.
As our flight was early, and our pick up was arranged for 08h30.
We intended on grabbing a coffee and pastry prior to the long road trip back to Antalya, but was met with the rudest manager at Savor Restaurant who made his intention very clear that he will not assisting us with anything as breakfast is served strictly from 08h30 only.
We immediately left the restaurant.area and proceeded back to reception diisgusted with how we were treated as paying guests of La Gaia Boutique Hotel.
I assume that he felt guilty about the way he treated us, because about 10 min later he came to us at reception and offered us coffee.
Unfortunately that experience left a bitter taste to the end of our stay.at La Gaia.

A good hotel with an excellent city location. The beach is 3 minutes away, and there are free sun loungers. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. A cable car leads to the fortress on the mountain.

The hotel has a stylish interior, a very nice pool area and good food in the restaurants. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
The floor in our room was dirty and covered with sand when we checked in. Although the hotel is new, there were already some build-quality issues, such as the coating on the shower floor coming off. We reserved a table at the rooftop restaurant, but it had been overbooked and we waited almost an hour to be seated. A bottle of wine that cost around twice as much as the one we ordered was also added to our bill, which we only noticed after paying. We requested a premium airport transfer, but received an old Volkswagen Transporter with uncomfortable DIY-style seats. The website also advertises a gym with images, but reception told us that the gym has not been built and the pictures are only renders, which felt misleading.
