Visited this hotel last year and was very pleased with stay. This year we again enjoyed our holiday there. Find excellent, service good, position of hotel excellent. Beach shuttle. Camella on reception very helpful

Clean & comfortable room. Good size bed.
Location perfect. Shuttle to Kleopatra beach, or 10- 15 minute stroll to red tower side.
Food Excellent.
Teception were excellent.

This place may not be perfect for everyone, but you can clearly see that the team really cares about the quality and the experience of their guests.
The buffet is not something I would call outstanding, but you can always feel that they are making a real effort to keep you satisfied and make your stay enjoyable.
The cleanliness is definitely one of the strong points. From the rooms to the common areas, everything was always very clean and well looked after.
I also want to mention the bartender. He was always very fast, attentive and careful when preparing the drinks. The only thing I think could be improved is the bar itself, especially the variety of ingredients and having a better-equipped bar. This is definitely not a criticism of the staff. They do a great job with what they have. With a little more variety and a better bar setup, I think this hotel could become one of the really good hotels in the area.
The shuttle service and the beach facilities also work really well, which is a big plus.
But what I liked most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and genuinely warm. You really feel that they care about the guests.
