Very central location, breakfast was good, a variety of different things. It is served from 8.30. Room cleaned every day. Comfortable bed, with good quality linen.
We stayed in Palermo when it was very hot. They were having an extreme heat wave. The air conditioning just did not do the job. We spoke to the staff after the first night and we changed one of the settings but for the size of the room the AC should have worked.

Cleanliness, and brightness. Francesco and Julia, the staff Bianca and Tania being courteous and professional. They always showed caring and thoughtfulness.

Cheap and close to the airport
Heating did not work.
I wondered if there might be bed bugs
