I’m very pleased but I would have been more pleased with the riverside view on the front of the building

Cracks in the walls and roof, didn’t get the riverside view but it was still an okay view

Fantastic stay

Rooms clean and quiet, staff friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable and facilities are excellent. Food delicious! had the Peri peri chicken Pizza and omg YUM!

My go to Perth stay never disappointing

The pool area is great so nice to enjoy and early morning swim and sauna before heading out. The room is lovely clean and up to date. Communal areas are all spotless.

It would be nice to have a bath in the room. The sink didn’t drain properly. Sauna was not always on.

The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city.

Firstly the air conditioning in the room was positioned in a way that it blew directly onto the bed, making uncomfortable to sleepwith aircon on. ....

Spacious room

House keeping was terrible, we had to keep asking for towels, they was not changed everyday and the bathroom / shower was never cleaned or hardly cleaned, we did complain to the front desk 3 times about the bathroom sink / shower not being properly cleaned. we could only ever see the bed was made and that was about it. The front desk staff seemed to be unhappy and a sense that moral was down within the team

Certainly didn’t live up to how it was advertised, didn’t feel like it was value for money.

The location.

Lack of parking and not clearly advertised you had to book a spot in advance. The staff didn’t even tell me there was a wait list the first night and were condescending, like I should’ve known to book parking. When I inquired the next day about parking I got told I wasn’t on the waiting list and there wasn’t any spaces. I said I wasn’t told about the waiting list, another staff member found us a bay. The room layout was odd, the lounge was dark and gloomy because it had no windows but the bedroom had the view (the online pics made the lounge look bright). There were stains on the carpet and the furniture as well as marks on the walls. There wasn’t any dishwashing liquid or tea towel to wash up your dishes. Our room service left over food was left outside our room for nearly a whole day. There was a wedding one night we were there and it was so loud that we couldn’t sleep because it sounded like it was in our room. I don’t normally complain as I know that it can never be perfect but we were really disappointed.

very good city hotel

Nice, clean room, with a brilliant view over Swan River from the 11th floor. Loved the gym and pool. Location is ok, less than 30 mins from the airport, also along bus routes for visiting the city.

Superb

The balcony was a great size and had a lovely view of the river. The bed was very big and comfy. Overall the room was very spacious and neat.

Comfortable, fun, easy and would stay again.

The view from our room was incredible. The bed and lounge was super comfortable. The spa and the heated pool were easy to access and pool towels provided. We were really impressed with the kind and helpful staff. The overall experience was wonderful.

It’s a bit of a walk to Elizabeth Quay, but you get a great walk along the river.

Happy with choice.

Was given a high floor with a nice view (though at an angle). Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is good with fruits and yoghurt. On site parking is basement so very convenient. Cost $30 per day.

I found the bed much too soft, not sure if its slagging in. Curtains could have been wider than window so it will more effectively shuts out the light in the morning if the sun rises earlier than your wake up time.

A delightful stay with very helpful staff.

I liked the staff, we were greeted at 2am by a very friendly reception staff member. Staff were very helpful at all times, I had some emergency paper work to do and the front desk were very helpful.

The restaurant. We did the buffet breakfast one morning and very disappointed. The coffee bar was far better.

It was clean, comfortable and the staff were pleasant 😊 The facilities were enjoyable.

That I had advised them that we were coming for my partners birthday celebration and if they could possibly help any way to make it more enjoyable it would have been nice if they could have acknowledged my request.
