A holiday home with good facilities & convenient location.

Location: close to city with convenient public transport bus services.

Self-contained facilities for cloth washing, preparation of simple meals.

Booked what was listed as a renovated, pool view room. Received a tired, worn room that faced the freeway.

Standard Lamp in the lounge didn't work. Lamp on side tables cord didn't reach the power point. Bedside lamp in the second bedroom didn't work. Sheer curtains in the second bedroom were hanging off. Limited kitchen equipment eg no bowl suitable for a salad, limited pan sizes. Very noisy dishwasher. Whilst the double glazed doors to the balcony did a good job of negating the very loud noise from the freeway, the noise from the internal areas (pool/spa area and stairways etc) was really loud and intrusive. This was made worse by having a number of large groups of teenagers staying with sporting groups who appeared to be constantly roaming with little to no supervision.

Clean safe and quality rooms with comforts to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. Location the best you can get and quality staff who always look after our family for many years

The beds were comfortable however they felt like the foot end was slightly higher then the bed head.

Perfect Location very safe and staff very efficient and friendly will be back and will recommend

The Location was great for our needs and the apartment had everything required for our 3 week stay any questions or requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently .

Swimming pool

The room we had was located at group floor next to the gate, it was very noisy as cars were in and out. The room was dark and the carpet was smelly and humidity.

Good location - South of the city centre, hired a car and it was easy to get on and off the freeway. 24hr supermarket nearby.

Great location, friendly staff, well appointed apartments, restaurant serves good food for dine in or takeaway, quiet complex and can't hear the freeway at all.

Our room was cold with the heater function on split system not working properly...thankfully there were amble extra blankets.

Was a pleasure to come home.

Roomy. King-sized bed. Laundry facilities. Everything worked. Secure parking. Good location. Adjacent restaurant was good and convenient.

Car parks were a bit tight.

Overall value for money. I would use again.

Clean, quiet very good location walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

The bin in the kitchen had to bend down to lift the lid. Not pedal operated. I have a bad back so it was difficult.

We loved our stay, great for families but definitely needs some overall attention to get us back.

Great location for a family catch up especially when you have an 18 month old. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very good and clean and beds extremely comfortable. Surprised that flannels weren't provided?

We just thought our room was a little 'tired'. Dirt around the door, chips out of the walls etc. - just needs a makeover. Pool, sauna and spa were all terrific facilities but spa had broken and missing tiles so two of us got a couple of slight cuts before realising tiles were broken. Also thought the paths around the rooms really needed a blower vac or sweep - doesn't take much to maintain this but not done just looks very unloved.

pleasant. would stay again.

location, the room was spacious. fantastic shower. room was comfortable.

if you are on the bottom floor, you hear every step from the people staying above you. the other guests and housekeepers pulling luggage & shopping trolleys. the latest I slept in was 7am due to noise. would be useful to be able to connect phone to the TV to watch shows. the pool is freezing & the hot jacuzzi is not hot.
