La relación calidad y precio es excelente. El personal es muy atento, Rubén se encuentra disponible y resuelve todas las consultas. Ubicación a pasos de Puerta del Sol y principales atractivos turísticos.
Las habitaciones se encuentran en segunda y tercera planta por largas escaleras, hecho que no me afectó para nada. Solo tenerlo en cuenta personas que no puedan subir escaleras.
