Room was clean with all basic needs like cups and plates
The check in process was ridiculously difficult. We got sent a questionnaire or something which we didn't receive early because we were on the train. This meant we had no way to check in because there was no reception office. We've been to hotels with no reception before without these issues.... including when we've been travelling out west.

Prime location in Adamstown. No face to face check in. Approved dog stay. Had dog comforts in the room (bed bowls, toys, poop bags. Had a coffee machine with plenty of pods, clean cuttlery, microwave and mini fridge. Is close proximity to food outlets if you wanted to walk and a quick uber eats middnight coffee drop off. The one staff member i saw when checking in was friendly.
Parking was hard to get out of in the morning when full occupancy due to the large ute i was driving, honestly this was a but of poor foresight on my part and i should have parked elsewhere as there were plenty of options when i checked in, had to reverse the whole way out of the car park but i got there in the end. Wouldnt be an issue for an average size suv. Hard surface in dog friendly rooms for accidents would be better than carpet, but thats just my preference

Queen sized beds were comfortable. Quick to respond to questions (by text). Easy to check-in and out (self check in and check out)
Not always parking available outside your room. No laundry facilities on site. The shower was small with a curtain and the water pressure was very low. No basin in kitchenette. Older building, so not great an impression from outside.
