Top - komme gern wieder

Der Empfang war nett und professionell. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen war sehr gut. Die Auswahl der Speisen ausreichend und gut sortiert. Der Spabereich war sehr sauber und nett strukturiert. Aufgrund der wenigen Besucher an diesem Wochenende auch sehr leise. Der Aussenbereich des Hotels und der Therme ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Personal war sehr nett und wirkte bemüht.

Ich kann beim besten Willen nichts finden. Wenn ich etwas kritisieren möchte dann die Besucher. Ich hab im Hotel mehrmals gelesen das man(n) Abends nicht mit kurzer Hose im Restaurant auftauchen soll aber scheinbar ist das Ordnen von Buchstaben im Kopf nicht jedermanns Sache. Wenns der Hausherr wünscht ,habe ich mich daran zu halten.

Wonderful place for relaxation, this resort deserves highest rating

Avita Resort is great place to relax - it offers not only wonderful spa facilities (several pools, saunas, jacuzzi, pond, various types of massages, etc.) , but also the great services beside of this - exquisite dining, beautifully furnished hotel, a lot of plants, beautiful nature around,.. etc.

It was a perfect getaway!

the whole stay was perfect, staff was very attentive and polite, we couldn't complain :)

the private spa should be open the same times as the public spa!

Extremely dissatisfied!!

The system of booking a lounger in the spa area is dreadful! We weren't aware that one had to book in advance so we were allocated places on the first day at the entrance to one of the saunas....ridiculously busy and very dark, not to mention we aren't sauna users...and on the second day we were expected to face a radiator wall all-day whilst the rest of the quiet room had beautiful views to the countryside. For the amount of money we paid for the stay, an rather unsatisfactory experience!!!!! Don't think we'll be going there again!

Nice hotel with excellent food, a big choice of saunas and pools, but a bit restrictive.

The food was superb, really amazing and anything we chose was delicious, so big thanks to the kitchen Chef and his team. The staff everywhere is genuinely friendly and they go above to help you. The room was great with small walk-in closet and separate toilet and also a balcony, it was quiet and it was warm which was great when you came in but not so great at night. It does have air/con so you can adjust it. It was very clean. There is a big choice of saunas and areas and even though the hotel was full you did not have a feeling of crowding. Quite a choice of pools with warm water as well. The bathrobes and towels that are provided are great. Even though we did not use it, there is a possibility of e-bike hire. Wi-Fi is great.

I did not like that on a check-in day you get included the entry to thermals and saunas (as we could not utilize it) but on the check-out day you have to pay for it. It could be transferable or like most places included, not the room but there are lockers that can be used after the check-out. The place is like a maze and we did not find all the things and it's easy to get lost. A detailed plan of saunas and thermals would be appreciated. there is a map but it's too general. The lounge chairs are allocated which is really unhelpful. Our chairs were in the thermal area but we hardly used that as we were in the sauna area most of the time. Very restrictive and we really didn't end up resting. There is too few water stations. After sauna, you are supposed to drink a lot but it's hard to get to the water. There are gates everywhere to touch through which made us annoyed. For the program sessions in sauna, you have to book in advance which is also inconvenient. All in all, it felt a bit restrictive and not relaxed at all. The slippers are in one size only.

A beautiful hotel but

Everything was very clean, there were a lot of possibilities, endless amount of saunas and space so it doesn’t get crammed

the staff was very unfriendly, you get a reserved bed for the day and can’t lay anywhere else because all beds are reserved but no one told us where ours is so we ended up going around and couldn’t find ours. The food wasn’t very nice and there is only one main course option for the lunch menu (fish, veggie or meat so if you’re vegetarian every 2nd day you can only have soup and/or bread)

Exceptional

Everything was great. Perfect location surrounded by forests, comfortable and quiet room, excellent, varied and healthy food. The pools, saunas and fitness center were clean and not crowded. I also appreciated (only for) LADY SPA. The staff was friendly and kind. I had a wonderful rest and I am looking forward to my next stay.

That I could not stay longer :) And if I have to write something, the mattress was a bit soft for me...

Nice if a little pricey

Pretty nice place, a bit pricey especially for mid week. The dinner was nice but a bit overdone with the nouvelle cuisine on giant plates.

Dinner was the best, more than a 5 star. It has really impressed me.

Air conditioning/heating in room was out of order. Hot water pressure was very low in the washroom.

True 4 star with great pools

Clean, extremely comfortable but not inconveniently fancy. Mostly middle age guests. Great variety of pools and resting areas. Fantastic bike routes accessable for all with e-bikes. Good food, nicely equipped gym. Spacious premises, nice setting in the hills. Nice service.

Most pools are with hot water, a single one with less warm, none cool. Quite far for guests from central Hungary.

Nice and elegant resort, but expensive for what it offers

Great breakfast - 10/10, elegant resort, free ebikes (plenty and good condition, no need to reserve), huge resort with many MANY sun beds and many MANY pools and saunas, plenty bath towels and bath robes, fridge and coffee making facilities in room, good noise isolation in room, good beds, English dinner menu available, excellent piano player (one night) and singer (another night) in the evening, quite ok internet speed in rooms

Dinner menu sounds exciting, but food quality actually below expectations and not well suitable for adolescents, no flexibility when requesting small changes to dinner menu, coffee in the room not free but charging 1 Euro per capsule is ridiculous when looking at the overall rates paid, the TV in the room looks new and fancy but there is no smart TV option, no NETFLIX nor Amazon Video possible (we managed to cast the screen from a tablet), rental of a special room/bed at the Therme at significant extra charge with no noticeable discount for hotel guests, check-out time 11 a.m. and this is when the access to the Therme ends, with steep extra charges for a few more hours access (no noticeable discount of any type), at check-out it is indicated on the machine that American Express is acceptable, but reception staff refused to accept it, no really sufficient explanation of all the options provided in/by the Therme, overall too expensive for the quality, particularly disappointing were the dinner, but also the limited TV options
