Location, awesome responsive staff, comfy bed and baby friendly in an awesome area.
Major nogos for the price range:
- the outside facilities for kids are in bad shape and not maintained with loose and broken bolts;
- there is no climatisation in the room only a ventilator which was not in good shape and door to.balcony without mosquito net.

Location is nice. Cool playground for kids. The personnel of the hotel was very polite&helpful.
No elevator — we had to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. Crowded sauna and swimming pool.

I was scared from other reviews that the water in the pool would be cold, but it was not the case. They helped me out with everything I needed.
