Pleasant hotel. Close to Vienna center but far enough to experience a real neighborhood.
Not a criticism, but a Suggestion: Always make breakfast included and as part of the booking. It does make a huge difference.

Staff were friendly, location was good
The interior was a bit dated but we didn’t spend much time there and it was clean so perfect if you aren’t looking for a luxury place to stay

It was clean, 7 min walk from the subway.
No breakfast included, very dark, narrow and hot room, tiny window with a thick curtain, so that fresh air almost doesn’t go in. AC works poorly, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Very loud trams every 30 min right next to the building on a weekend.
