Our reason for staying at this hotel was a four-day city trip to Vienna. We specifically requested an accessible room for a wheelchair user, and we were provided with one as requested.
The bathroom was well designed and accessible, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well throughout our stay, which was especially appreciated given the very hot weather outside.
Another advantage of the hotel was the availability of several fast elevators, making it easy to move around the building.
Overall, the hotel met our accessibility requirements and provided a comfortable stay.

The 24h reception and accordingly the ability to have a glass of wine with your company at night. Also the breakfast seemed good besides the fact we opted out
The staff's behaviour varied between polite and rude/unhelpful. The room was not serviced daily , which was necessary because of the poor construction of the shower . Another big minus was the area. Accessible to public transport but felt quite unsafe to walk back and forth the train/tram etc. Therefore we used taxi most of times with the relevant cost
