Good location, nice room, nice bathroom amenities. The bed was very comfy and the pillows were spot on.
The room was dirty. The mini fridge in the room had food from the previous room occupant/s. The floors were dusty too.

Exceptional service. Everyone at Artist treats the hotel and guests with genuine care and attention. This was my first visit to Vienna and a solo trip which made the easygoing atmosphere a highlight. A home away from home for a few days in a great neighbourhood. Great cocktails too!
P.S. The day after I checked in, I saw a painting by the artist whose name was on my room door: Tina Blau-Lang. It felt like a particularly touching little coincidence which made the stay feel even more special.

Really pretty and the room was perfect! The bedding was comfortable and the tram stop was few min away so it was easy to plan the days. Also the room had AC so was perfect for the days when it was hot.
Nothing I can think off, really liked it.
