Lovely restaurants, great service. Location beside the subway was easy to get around Vienna.
I had to spend 2+ of my time waiting for service as the a/c was not working in my room. I had to go down to the desk 4 times and tried 2 other rooms before we found one with working a/c. I then had to move myself. Besides an apology, there were no other offers to make up for the inconvenience and time loss. Also, they only billed me at checkout. I almost left, as I am used to only dropping off my keys in the end. It was quite a surprise that they did not charge me yet. So make sure you have time to check out in the end.

Location was close to the subway. The room was well lit. Plenty of electric outlets. Mr. Good was extremely helpful!!!
Construction immediately outside the door. Access to subway was along walkways made of metal grates. It was quite dangerous. The restaurant ran out of food on Tuesday night and couldn’t even meals us a sandwich or soup or anything! The bathroom was clean but the doors didn’t close properly and allowed water to get out. Hallway carpets are worn and not clean.
