Close to station. Friendly staff. Free coffee in reception with outside garden seating. Ironing room available and can leave luggage if arriving early or leaving late and have checked out.
Bath tap wouldn’t turn off when shower was engaged. Some mildew and rust on shower panel support bar. Minor irritations detracting from overall quality.

Habitación limpia buena ubicación y Staff súper amable, tenes cerca el metro
Cuando llegamos tuvimos un problema con la reserva diciendo que la habitación era para 1 en vez de para 2 , pero lo solucionaron moviéndonos a otro hotel de la misma cadena y misma categoría, el staff se portó muy bien.

We liked it's closed proximity to Wien Hauptbanhof and a couple of supermarkets where we were able to buy our essentials. There were several restaurants close by and a nice coffee shop around the corner.
The items inside the hotel market were a little pricey. One bottle of still water costs around 4 euros. The room walls were on the thin side and we could hear other guests when they are outside our room.
