The location was excellent.The room spacy and clean,renovated with care
It's a basement ,former shop probably.So I think it's should be less expensive.Also I didn't like the guarantee I was asked a few days before our accommodation.

Decent enough location, being close to Vienna Central station, Belvedere Palace, Naschmarkt.
Also walkable to the innere stadt/town centre where the attractions are.
Very thoughtful by providing nice toiletries (shampoo, soap, lotion) from Saint Charles Apothecary, water and snacks.
Cool interior. Spacious.
Floor was slightly dusty. No air-condition which would be an issue especially during hotter times of spring and summer.

Location handy near the main train station yet relatively pleasant quiet and peaceful street. Beds were comfortable and shower was great.
We had a few issues working out how to use things like safe and other equipment but no one really to assist nor any instructions as it was Saturday afternoon and it wasn't an emergency. The main lights were fading in and out due to what appeared to be a loose/faulty switch which was quite annoying.
