When travelling I always am on the lookout for a hotel near the railway station. I wasn’t disappointed. On arrival I explained we needed an extra night, the receptionist was most helpful and reassuring as the day of arrival wasn’t booked. We did get a room and it was arranged to be used for the second night. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a right good treat. Plenty to eat from a wide selection. On departure it was handy to see a screen giving the departure times of trains.
Very little. More teabags and milk in the room. But then I guess we could have asked.

Room was big and Bed was very comfortable. My room was upgraded so mini bar was free which was very nice.
It is very close to Hauptbanhof Station so convenient access to anywhere is possible.
A 6 stop tram ride will take you to the city center. About 20 mins to the airport via train.
Gym was nice, Lounge is big with a huge screen, good to watch football with friends.
Breakfast is very expensive, Two people can eat outside at the train station very well for the price of one at the hotel.
Toilet seats are very small. They need the seat with a thicker seating ring.
Elevator is ugly. need to redesign the elevator, probably remove the mirror from the back and put some art work or something maybe work with lights or an elevator music perhaps.

Amazing location. Good hotel design. Good Sauna. Medium breakfast caffe options.
The staff were often busy and difficult to reach. There was no phone in the room, so you had to go all the way to the reception whenever you needed assistance or leave a message online, with an unpredictable response time.
Many basic amenities and accessories, such as water, slippers, and dental kits, were not readily available and had to be requested. There was also no iron in the room; instead, there was only one designated ironing room located on the underground floor.
Cleanliness was a concern. I noticed several unclean spots on tables and the water jar, and there was even hair in the food.

Near the train station, rooms sound proofed properly
The AC was not working properly, no fridge in the room, and the staff a little rude
