Hardly anything to dislike - the room was very good, the breakfast was great with plenty of choices and the location right next to the main train station is very very convenient, especially if you use Vienna as a base for nearby train travels. We really liked the ambience and the aesthetics of the hotel, but most of all, every staff member we talked with was polite, friendly and very responsive.
Not really relevant for most travelers, but the gym, although sporting a fantastic view of the city, could be better equipped. There was always a queue for the treadmills - maybe you can swap the steppers for treadmills? Also the one and only exercise machine was out of order.

Near the train station, rooms sound proofed properly
