Great location if you have to travel by train. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for the price.

Rather expensive breakfast (45 Eur per person), so I would recommend eating at one of the city's bakeries.

Very good

Great location very close to the station. Checking in and out was fast and efficient. The room was quite spacious and the wifi was fast.

The airconditioning did not work very well and the room was too hot for comfortable sleeping. Seems like this is a recurrent problem. The weather was 35 degrees while we were staying and it was quite unpleasant. Would also be good if the cold water was replaced each day.

Practical but nothing fancy

The stay was adequate, staff were friendly, check in went smoothly given the late hour of our arrival. Our luggage was kept safe during the following day. Collection of our luggage took a long time, we nearly missed our train. There was only one receptionist and a long queue of guests waiting to check in.

The room was extremely small for 3 ppl but for one night it was ok. My younger son slept on the floor because the bed wasn't comfortable. Pillows are very uncomfortable so was the mattress. We chose this hotel for its location but I wouldn't return here.

Great location, but only decaffeinated coffee

The location is perfect, right next to the main train station in Vienna.

I like that they offer a coffee machine in the room, but in my room, the 4 capsules were of decaffeinated coffee.

Excellent Business Hub with Room for Improvement

The Novotel Hotel in Vienna proved to be an ideal choice for our brief business trip, offering excellent reception service and room amenities. The friendly and efficient staff made our check-in process a breeze, and the rooms were well-equipped for our professional needs.

However, the hotel fell short in the breakfast department, offering limited choices that didn't quite align with the higher price point. An improvement in variety and value for money in their breakfast offerings would make the stay at Novotel perfect.

One of 3 elevators did not work - long waiting for elevators. Elevator doors are closing really fast, while people are still entering - it does not seem safe.

the hygiene kit is the worst thing, They don't care about needs hygiene kit for kids/family. 2 days out of total 3 were sepnt without hygiene kit although I informed them but the gentleman on front desk was liar. the housekeeping didn't check the needs for hygiene kits. so if you have family or kids, you should think seriously about making any reservation in this hotel

Will stay again on our next visit!

The superb location, just a stone’s throw from Wien Hbf and very convenient if you travel by train. Easy to get to anywhere as the tram and metro stops are there too. The staffs are wonderful and polite too. There is a fast checkout where you can just drop your key cards into the box.

The floor of the toilet cubicle can be slippery when wet.

Great hotel, even better is the parking would be included/free

It is a new hotel with great location, right near the train and metro station, walking distance to Belvedere an 30 minutes walk to Stephan’s dome/square/city center. great breakfast as well

The fact that you have to pay for parking. At the rate you pay, parking should be free.

Perfect hotel, with a nice wellness area on the 19th floor with a view of the city. Very convenient location, right next to the Hauptbahnhof, 3 stops by U1 to Stephansplatz
