Friendly reception staff, who assisted with all requests and queries at the Lindner Hotel. Delicious breakfast and compliments to the chefs! Comfortable and luxurious room. On site self-serve cafe appreciated for quick snacks. Great idea to reward non-cleaning of room with a free beverage at the very cozy bar. Location excellent and next to the Botanical gardens and Belvedere Palace. Be amazed at the gardens, the palace and do book a tour. A 7-10 minute walk from the city, with many historical sites along the way, and may require more time as you will get caught in the history and beauty of the city. Transport easily accessible from the hotel. Palaces, Art Museums, Opera houses and spend a morning or evening listening to classical music and do indulge in the many coffee shops.

The rooms were very comfortable. We were within walking distance (appx 1 km) to the Opera House and the historic center to include the Information Center. The Information Center was very helpful with maps and a free 2.5 hour walking tour of the historic city.

The hotel staff were really polite and accommodating.
The room had to be changed due to the noise from the lift. Even the room I was moved too still had the noise. The hotel in the corridors looked tired with worn carpets
