Quirky hotel in a fantastic location. Lovely breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bit of a confusing layout and the service was a bit mixed - we were missing a few things in our room and despite asking numerous times it wasn’t sorted and at breakfast some staff were reluctant to make fresh coffee whereas others were really friendly. Overall a good choice for a Vienna city break.

Location is very good, property is clean
After hours of travelling I really didn’t like the online check in process with loads of questions and initiating your own room keys. Breakfast also felt void of service. Overall it felt like the aim of the whole stay was minimal staff to customer interaction which is strange for a hospitality business who’s primary role is to look after travellers.

This hotel was excellent. The room was amazing. Very luxurious and spacious. The bars were beautiful and the decor in this place was excellent. Excellent location, near train station and within walking distance to all the sites, bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

great central location, very comfortable beds, air conditioning and black-out blinds, as well as really inviting and comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel made this a great place to stay
