Location is perfect and the staff were the sweetest people. I really enjoyed my stay there and will book it again when I visit Vienna.
I think the only thing that could be better is the hairdryer and maybe adding an iron to the room.

Wonderful staff. Extremely helpful and always friendly. They also serve a great breakfast. Location is amazing close to sites and public transportation.

This was the best hotel we stayed during our 5 week European trip this summer. The location is fantastic if you want to be right in the center of the tourist action. The rooms are nice. There's a classic charm to the hotel. It's nicely furnished. The rooms are comfortable, with, and this is very important for Europe int the summer, very powerful and cold aircons. The best sleep we had all summer.
The breakfast is excellent. The staff is nice. I felt the price was very affordable given the location and quality of the hotel. Excellent place.

The location is superb. Right next to the huge plaza, but my room was situated such that it was so very quiet.
The pillows are too flat - they don’t provide any real support for the head unless folded up origami-style.
