The Astoria is beautiful! The location of the property is fabulous! It's close to all of the major spots in central Vienna. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Had interactions with a particular member of staff who was very unhelful, charged the incorrect card on arrival and could not assist in getting the TV to work in the room.
