The apartment was large with good facilities. (cooked, fridge, coffee machine, toaster etc...) It was close to grocery shops (Billa, Lidl, Spar). It would be easy to live here.
The location was close to the city parks/tourist attractions.

Schlüsselübergabe konnte telefonisch geklärt werden.
Sofa wurde mit Flecken und Haaren vorgefunden.
Residenzen hat zu Wohnung links eine Verbindungstür. Dadurch sehr hellhörig.
Heizung war warm. Lied sich nicht abschalten. Fenster konnten aber geöffnet werden. 🥵.

The location was great, with large panoramic windows, and the staff was supportive when they sent the wrong entry code
The furniture and equipment in the apartment are outdated. Everything was clean, but many items were in poor condition. There were only two dishwasher tablets and one laundry capsule provided, even though we stayed for five days.

The location is very good, as well as communication about the keys etc.
The apartment is not very well maintained, many things would need small reparation and proper cleaning. You can also hear normal discussion from the neighbouring apartment, not to mention other voices.
