The hotel is perfect and one of the best rooms that I have ever stayed. Very clean room and comfortable bed. The location is very good and close to the city centre. 24-hours reception.
The staff could be better, one receptionist was rund. I didn't like the open shower in the room.

The rooms are simple but done with style - we loved the thoughtful and fun decor and the overall feel of the hotel. Very comfortable beds and, although the rooms are small, there was still plenty of well-designed space for wardrobe/ suitcases/ and somewhere to sit.
Great location with a range of public transport options at the door.
Helpful staff that are there 24/7.
Honestly, I can't fault the hotel - it met all of our expectations in terms of value for money and location.

Felt like a high-end hostel. While it doesn't have individually controlled air conditioning, it does have building wide air conditioning somewhat. Unfortunately, it turns off at night when you most need it. Overall I would not stay again.
Check in is a pain. They want you to do it yourself as a literally stand there watching you do it. Takes a lot longer. I don't know why they can't just do it. Doesn't save them any money on staffing if they just stand there. For some reason I thought this would be a better more upscale property instead. It was just had a glorified hostel feel to it. Cheap furniture, cheap everything.
