Gute Lage des Hotels und freundliches Personal

Sehr gute Anbindung, da am Hauptbahnhof gelegen. Auch ein Später Check In möglich, wenn man es vorher meldet. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt, also ideal bei späten Flugankünften. Auch der Flughafen Bus hat direkt am Hauptbahnhof Rückseite die Haltestelle. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist reichlich und immer alles vorhanden. Das Service-Personal sehr bemüht. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Wien völlig in Ordnung

Good stay for a good price.

It was so close to the train station, as well as a tram line and subway line into the city. I asked for a quiet room, and they gave me exactly what I needed, on a higher floor, away from the elevator, and with not too many guests in my section. The room was a good size, and the hotel was modern. It was basic, but that's what I expected

The only thing I didn't like is that anyone could use the elevator - you didn't have to scan your hotel key card in order to use the elevator.

Die Einrichtung und das Haus allgemein auch die Lage fußläufig zum Bahnhof

Zu dunkel und das Weinangebot. Es gab nur jeweils eine Sorte Weiß- und Rotwein

Ideal

Location. We arrived early and departed late by train so this was ideal. Good transport connections in to the city too and an easy walk to Belvedere.

Check in was tricky, there seemed t be the entire population of a small country in front of us, but I suspect this is rare

Usual Motel One design (extremely comfy beds and bedding, floor to ceiling windows for lots of natural light, monsoon shower, attractive bar area). The location is excellent - 30 seconds walk from Vienna HBF station, and thus immediate access to international rail links, and regional U-bahn, S-bahn plus several tram lines. Breakfast was a bit manic and the bar is the busiest I have ever seen at one of these hotels, so just be aware of that (Nb you can always nip to the station as there are plenty of cafes and fast food options a stones throw away). Great value as ever.

Disliked · Nothing really. Maybe you could do a mini breakfast option (pastry and coffee) for anyone not wanting the full buffet?

Perfect hotel for train travellers. Easy access to city centre.

Clean comfortable and great location opposite Vienna’s main railway station. Nice public areas. Helpful staff. Perfect for overnight or short stay.

A perfect base to explore Wien

The position is amazing, and so is the view from the upper floors! The rooms are clean, quiet, spacious enough. I will definitely come back!

2 minute walk from the train station, great room, nice bar area Only 5 minutes away on the underground to the city centre I didn’t have breakfast but it smelt nice

Could of been more English channels on the tv or at least let you sync your phone to the tv but apart from that, no faults

Practical and comfortable stay in Vienna

Very nice hotel, with all amenities you need while on a business trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Relatively central and yet still very easy to park. Staff was very friendly, would recommend.

Lovely pre-Christmas stay

I really enjoyed my stay, and the place exceeded my expectations. It’s very close to public transport which one can use to reach the old city with the Christmas markets and the Railway station. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone for a short or longer stay.

Modern hotel in an excellent location.

Everything was excellent - service (check-in & check-out), location, room, bathroom. Clean and modern room and lovely bathroom. Across the road from the main train station. Shops and food options available at the main station and a few eating options in the streets around.

The room was warm and very clean, the bed was supplied with different pillows, very soft mattress.

No slippers, no bathrobes, no tea or coffee in the room. The breakfast was poor, no omelette, no vegetables or sausages.

Great hotel, super clean, very comfortable bed. Supermarket across the street is open late.

You need to walk quite a bit to get to the U-Bahn station.
