The location was excellent. Right across from the main train station, but you didn't hear any noise at all.
I wish it had a room safe and laundry bag.

The manager was very responsive and understanding when there was a disturbance to my sleep caused by a booking error. Everything else about this hotel is also very good. It is very convenient to HBF Wein, functional and clean.

Great location just beside the main train station. Small but comfy and clean rooms.
Breakfast lacked more variety, was mainly pastries, cereal and cheese/ham/jam. Very crowded on weekends and not enough space/stations for everyone.
Reception staff was rude, basically young adults with no hospitality experience/manners.
Lacked an electric kettle/coffee in the rooms.
