This hotel hits all the right notes for a great stay. It sits right in the middle of everything, making it super easy to get around town. The rooms are kept impeccably clean, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming from day one. It just feels like a place that truly cares about taking care of its guests.
Honestly, I loved everything about my stay, and there wasn't a single thing I could fault.

Location is amazing, the room was spacious and nicely decorated. It had a mini fridge, coffee machine and hair dryer.
The AC wasn’t able to keep the room at a comfortable temperature and it was loud.

the room was bigger than usual, location was good, some staff members were nice and helpful, some were not.
Air conditioning was not working when we arrived and it was severe heat period, when asked for another room with working AC, we were suggested another similar-sized room where AC was not working also. Then a much smaller room with working AC, but window was starring at a wall outside. AC in our room was semi-fixed only the next day. Is it so difficult to keep these things working (or at least check that AC is working) before the guests arrive? Breakfast buffet did not have prepared vegetables - shared vegetables had to be cut by hotel guests themselves (not hygienic).
