Location, location, location! This beautiful boutique hotel is unmatched in our travels in Europe. Not only was it walking distance to all of the main sites we had scheduled to see but the hotel's security, the beautiful very clean and contemporary room and the most comfortable bed exceeded our expectations. The hotel host was very gracious and quickly responded to a question we had. This hotel "raised the bar" -- and will be the only place we ever book on our visits to Vienna. Bonus: We woke up every morning to wonderful fresh croissants left in front of our door, such above and beyond personal care!!! 10 STAR RATING!

The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in at any accommodation! Isaak, our host, was very welcoming and accommodating. The location could not have been better, quiet but a close walk to the main square. Every morning we got delicious croissants and even free wine!
Maybe it felt a bit cold, no pictures on the walls or anything. But I think most people really like this kind of modern decor. Seriously, the beds and pillows were so comfy that was all I cared about!

I liked everything: the location, the comfy bed, the Wi-Fi connection, the daily cleaning, the fresh croissants, and most of all, the helpful and friendly communication with the owners, who resolved every possible question or inquiry immediately without delay
I would have loved to have a balcony, but I chose a room without one, so that was my own fault.
