Right from entering the hotel we were welcomed by smiling lovely staff. Hotel smelled wonderful!

Each member of staff was pleasant & professional. The room was a good size & well prepared. The bathroom was large & airy. The products supplied fulsome - as long as you like lavender. The location was excellent for sightseeing the magnificently maintained buildings, shopping & restaurants.
The dining room is a good environment, with once again, first class staff. The evening meal, however, did not marry with the rest of the Guesthouse.
The night repast was average, but people were, literally, queuing outside to have brunch the next morning.

Location is in the heart of where you would want to be!! Staff is very friendly and helpful with directions, etc. The restocked Minibar was a great unexpected benefit!
Towels need to be replaced. (seemed old).

Excellent location in the heart of Vienna. Stylish, comfortable hotel with friendly staff and easy walking access to many major sights. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. The free mini bar was a really nice amenity. No
The shower was a bit slow to drain and soaked the bathroom floor.
