The best location
Lack of concern for guests’ needs & belongings. We left the injectable medicine for diabetes inside the refrigerator, we came back for it the same day but have learned the staff disposed it.

Very hip, modern hotel in an amazing location! The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, especially Nicolas & Veronica! :) The sushi restaurant was incredible with a perfect view of the cathedral. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent, right across from St Stephen’s cathedral, Christmas market and shops. Subway station about 50 feet from hotel entrance. Staff, namely concierge and reception were very friendly and helpful.
Turned on the water faucet and there was no water! We were not given any notice of this. And this happened twice! Housekeeping was spotty. One of the 2 cleanings requested did not remove our used cups and coffee pods, and bathroom replenishments Breakfast had very limited menu. A kettle was provided in the room but not any tea bags so bring your own tea.
