Friendly staff, great location and a beautifully appointed room. Thoughtful touches such as a drink voucher, a kind note and bowl of fruit and sweets for my partner’s birthday.
One of the two single beds had a mattress that was in a very poor condition and needed replacing. The room seemed dusty.

The location is amazing. Central to EVERYTHING, all major sights, shopping and restaurants. Our bedroom was stunning, huge bathroom and separate WC. Breakfast was delicious. Offered a huge variety. The concierge was superb. We sat outside in the Rose Garden many evenings with a glass of wine.
