السرير غير مريح جداً بلاضافه الى الوساده تكاد خاليه من الحشو تماماً لايليق بالمستوى الراقي الذي يتمتع به الفندق بشكل العام بلاضافه الا حاجب الشمس بالغرفه 604

The Grand Hotel Wien wildly exceeded our expectations and made our first visit to Vienna incredibly special and the high

We LOVED everything about this property. It was our best hotel experience ever, in over 30 years of traveling the world together. In particular, the staff were the kindest and most professional team we have ever experienced, to a person!

There were no downsides to our stay, and no suggestions for improvement.

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht. Kommen nicht wieder.

Lage.

Fußboden nicht gereingt. Toilettenpapier vom Vorgast nicht erneuert.(Hygiene) Billigste Ausführung 2 lagig . Frühstück nicht 5 Sterne entsprechend. Ungeschultes Personal beim Frühstück. Rauchsaloon abgeschafft Es wird maximal eingespart auf Kosten des Gastes.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Stayed 2 nights with my wife. First of all we would like to thank the hotel staff. They were very friendly and polite even to us who are not good at English. The location of the hotel was very good and we had a comfortable time exploring Vienna. The interior of the room is very calm and clean. The bathroom, which was relatively troublesome at other hotels, was perfect here. The dryer was easy to use and hot water came out quickly. Breakfast is not just a full buffet, but a warm and delicious menu. Personally, it was a little disappointing that there were few types of raw vegetables. It was a memorable visit to Vienna. Thank you Grand Hotel Wien!

Classy old elegance type of hotel. Loved coming "home" here every evening.

Room was nicely cleaned. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne (our 40th wedding anniversary). The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Check-in staffer would not accept our IHG number when offered to her. She said she had to look it up by our phone number, and she couldn't find it. She said she would find it later & add it to the record. She did not. We provided the IHG number to a different staff member upon checkout.
