Location is unbeatable, and the hotel is truly luxurious. Service is top-notch. Very pleasant atmospheric public areas. Good bar and desserts.

Fantastic room, super comfortable bed and an amazing breakfast. The staff are all brilliant and the concierge is incredible and couldn't be more helpful. This is truly one of the great classic European hotels. I keep coming back and that says more about the hotel then anything else I could say. Excellent bar and the best Wiener Schnitzel in town.
The TV system is currently down...so no movies and not much for Anglophiles.

Location
It is absolutely unacceptable for a five-star hotel in Vienna to be this cold, especially when the outside temperature is only 9–10°C. The hotel was not heated at all during our stay.
We called the reception and asked someone to come and check, thinking there might be a problem with the heating in our room. Instead of fixing the issue, they brought us a portable heater to plug into our room.
However, the problem was not just our room — the entire hotel was freezing cold! We arrived early in the morning, and even the corridors, lobby, and reception area were extremely cold. We had to sit there wearing our coats because it was so uncomfortable.
This is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be five-star. Guests should not have to sit in their coats or rely on portable heaters just to stay warm. A five-star hotel should provide basic comfort, and unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet even that expectation.
