Nice hotel but rather drab, feels old. Staff was helpful although check in took ages as we unfortunately arrived early. Wonderful location that makes up for the other parts that could do with some fine tuning.

We had a wonderful family stay at the Vienna Marriott. The hotel was lovely, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the people and the outstanding service.
A very special recognition goes to Ms. Asal, Assistant Front Office Manager. She was absolutely outstanding. I shared a few points of feedback with her during our stay, and the way she listened, responded and handled everything went far beyond what I expected. She was professional, warm, thoughtful and genuinely cared about our experience. I truly wish more people in customer service had a heart like hers. She is an absolute gem. I sincerely hope Mr. Dieter Fenz is reading this and that Ms. Asal receives the recognition and reward she deserves for her dedication and the exceptional way she represents Marriott.
A special thank you also to Mr. Paul from Guest Relations, who, together with the Executive Chef, took excellent care of our child’s specific dietary requirements. Everything was handled perfectly and gave us great peace of mind as parents.
We would also like to thank the gentleman from Indonesia who looked after us through Room Service. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but his kindness, attention to detail and genuinely warm manner really stood out.
Finally, thank you to Daniela from breakfast and the Club Lounge. She was always so kind, positive and welcoming and added another special touch to our stay.
The people at this hotel truly made our family holiday special, and we left with very warm memories.
Nothing significant. Any small points we raised during our stay were handled exceptionally well by Ms. Asal and the team.

Good place and areas but it must be managed other way ..
the food & restaurant was so delicious
I think if the management policy agree with the children’s and let them access everywhere , I propose to make special places for them ! and keep some spaces for relaxation in Marriott standards!! SPA and Sauna not suitable for them ..
the area of the GYM so crowded no spaces between sport machines!
The members of Marriott rewards must have more advantages!
