Marriott Hotel .... una garanzia

Siamo ritornati a Vienna dopo 20 anni e, già soddisfatti del precedente soggiorno, siamo ritornati al Marriott Hotel per una soggiorno di alcuni giorni. l'hotel ha una comoda posizione. la stanza era confortevole e la colazione è sempre stata eccellente. Il personale è stato veramente all'altezza di un 5 stelle..

L'unica nota stonata da segnalare è stata la signorina che ci ha accolti all'arrivo alla reception che, pur possedendo un inglese di eccellente livello, non è stata capace di adattarsi al nostro livello base, come dovrebbe un buon receptionist. Ovviamente nel soggiorno l'abbiamo evitata e ci siamo rivolti agli altri suoi colleghi, decisamente più all'altezza. Comunque tutto il resto del personale è stato capace, cortese e disponibile al massimo livello, rimediando questa unica lacuna.

Dobře umístěný hotel, garáž, dobrá snídaně, čisto, v recepci příjemný personál, prostorný pokoj.

V hotelu probíhala večer akce, zaplněná místa v restauraci, druhý den opět akce, omezení pohybu v atriu, žádné místo na oběd, hluk, cena za snídani 40 EUR/ osoba, parkování 1 noc 60 EUR, doporučené taxi do nedalekého divadla (tam a zpět) 80 EUR, depozit (blokace finanční částku z účtu),

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé pour les visites

Très bon emplacement, proche de la vieille ville, de l'opéra (10 min. à pieds), proche de la gare principale, arrêts de tram/métro à proximité. Bons restaurants dans les rues voisines. Belle chambre spacieuse, propre, calme, très bon petit-déjeuner et personnel très agréable. Je vous recommande de goûter les cheese-cake faits maison pour les grands gourmands !

Sehr gut im Großen und Ganzen

Die Lage war zentral, alles ist fußläufig prima erreichbar. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut. Tolles Cheesecakeangebot

Die Musikauswahl zum Frühstück war nicht so gut, auch die Lautsprecher klingen blechern. Betten etwas zu hart.

Ein luxuriöser Kurzurlaub! Bei passendem Angebot gerne wieder!

Ein außergewöhnliches, internationales Luxushotel im Herzen von Wien! Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist besonders hervorzuheben! Auch ist kulinarisch alles im Hotel vorhanden (Café, Bar und Bierbeisl). Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet!

Séjour agréable très bien situé pour visiter Vienne

Hall grand spacieux et accueillant. Plusieurs restaurants servants jusqu’à tard le soir. Des brunchs très variés le samedi et le dimanche. Chambre propre et lit confortable Piscine assez grande et très propre.

Service des chambres longs et pas très efficaces. Plusieurs jours notre chambre n’a pas été nettoyée.

Schönes Hotel mit Mängel

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel, in bester Lage, mit großen Zimmern und einem hervorragenden Frühstück.

Leider waren es ein paar Kleinigkeiten die wir bei dieser Preisklasse und so einem Hotel nicht erwartet haben. Bei Ankunft kein Kinderbett im Zimmer, trotz mehrmaliger Erwähnung. In der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht ab. Hausmeister war da, die Dusche und das Waschbecken dreckig, jedoch wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Das Wasser auf dem Zimmer wurde nicht aufgefüllt und es waren zu wenig Handtücher im Badezimmer für drei Personen. Das Schwimmbad, welches ein tolles plus sein sollte, hat und dann durch die Temperatur des Wassers enttäuscht. Unser Sohn und auch wir haben durchgängig gefroren, weil das Wasser so wie die Außentemperatur wirklich kalt waren. Sehr ärgerlich. Wir hatten etwas mehr erwartet.

Spa! Sehr schlechte Service für einen hohen Preis. Bin zu meinem Termin pünktlich gekommen und zuerst wurde mit mitgeteilt, dass ich hätte meinen Termin mit 30 min verschoben was ich nicht gemacht habe und da die Masseurin im anderen Hotel war, musste ich 30 min warten. Die Masseurin ist dann noch 20 Minuten zu spät gekommen. Überhaupt keine gute Massage, es gab auch Musik im Zimmer warum man nur die Uhr ticken gehört hat

Ist eine Empfehlung, wenn man Zentral gelegen sein möchte.

Sehr zentrale Lage mit Strassenbahn vor der Tür und Bahn in der Nähe. Die Innenstadt war nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Zu wenig Schränke um die Koffer auszupacken. Bei einer Woche Aufenthalt lebt man aus dem Koffer. Für ein Wochenende wäre es ok.

Nett. Ich würde nochmal kommen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war sehr gut mit viel Auswahl.

Das Zimmer für Rollstuhlfahrer war etwas klein. Das Badezimmer und Eingangsbereich sind nicht voneinander getrennt (keine Tür oder Vorhang) , das war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Besonders wenn das Personal an der Tür klopft währen man sich duscht, ich hatte die Befürchtung, dass die Tür gleich aufgeht, das war sehr störend. Wlan ist eingeschränkt kostenlos und wenn man bei erster Anmeldung nicht die Anzahl der Tage wählt, ist WLAN nach einem Tag kostenpflichtig.

Unas vacaciones muy agradables

Tiene una ubicación ideal, tanto para ir al centro andando como a otros puntos de la ciudad con transporte público. El personal es muy agradable y fue muy comprensivo con mi precario alemán. Mención especial a Martín y Nancy que, al hablar español, nos hicieron la estancia mucho más agradable. Fuimos para celebrar el 60 cumpleaños de mi madre y tuvieron la amabilidad de poner en la habitación un pastel y una felicitación, algo que agradezco mucho y que a ella le encantó.

Personalmente hubiésemos preferido una habitación con tres camas o una grande y una supletoria. La piscina solo la utilizamos una vez porque el agua estaba bastante fría.

מלון טוב ממש, מיקום מצויין, צוות לרוב נעים ומסביר פנים, ארוחת בוקר מעולה.

שירות של הצוות בבר המלון, לא משהו. טמפרטורת מים חים לא יציבה. זמן המתנה לסידור וניקוי החדר. מחיר קצת יקר. שיטת חיוב האקסטרות במלון.

Best Marriott ever stayed In

Excellent location and the best Marriott i have ever stayed at. Anna at the Cascade bar was absolutely brilliant, such intelligence and confidence for such a young girl, she will go fat in life. Loved the fact you got 4 towels instead of two, drives me made that obviously you have a shower in the evening and in the morning and only get one towel each, too marks Marriott

Only slight thing was there was not milk on tray for tea, don’t like coffee first thing and there was only creamer
