Mainly its location. Its unusual design.

I was fine but will ask for a room in the back rather than facing the street.

Boutique relaxation and luxury in a great location

Beautiful interiors, on trend house plants and pots made the reception and bar on the top floor a beautiful place to sit and relax! Great white wine spritzer, lovely pool for a dip after sightseeing. Tram right outside property to go into centre but equally not a long walk in. Great location for the CAT to airport, we had a pleasant stroll through the Stadtpark to get the early morning CAT. Excellent food - Wiener schnitzel in the downstairs restaurant. Plenty of powerful hot water in the showers and bedrooms were well equipped with good full length mirrors and a decent hairdryer!

It was all fabulous!

I will be back.

The room is amazing. The free water is good and free sweets for the kid. I love the pillows on the bed I even want to buy a same one because my neck is not so good. The breakfast on the rooftop is wonderful. The location is great I can walk to anywhere (except the Sisi’s castle but the reception can help to call a taxi) Walking to Musikverein is only 4min!

The proximity to old town

Pool area is too small and the good German will put down his towel at 5:00 am to block his sunbed for the day- result we had no sunbed ever

Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The light switches were a bit complicated & at times frustrating.

Will not be my choice next time if travelling for longer than 1 night

Location , decor

Pool area was impossible to get to - overcrowded, really tiny pool, mote of a large bath. Waiters upstairs would benefit from some training. Room was not comfortable- no storage space at all- sink at the entrance with no space for toiletries. It’s probably ok for a 1 night stay, but would not book it again. I booked 2 nights separately-was woken up twice by a member of staff knocking and immediately opening the door - found that odd.

Nice hotel for very short stay

Nice and modern hotel, clean rooms, quiet. Great view at the 8th floor for the breakfast.

Small rooms, no real lobby or bar at the entrance so difficult to feel confortable.

Slightly disappointed with the hotel.

Location

Unable to eat in the hotel due to an event we were not aware of that closed the 8th floor restaurant and the ground floor restaurant fully booked each night and no spaces reserved for guests. Dirty glasses by the sink from previous occupier were there for the 3 days we stayed. Small room for the price and shower located in the actual bedroom so a lot of humidity.

Thoroughly enjoyed it, a great city, lovely hotel in a great location!

The location was perfect, very central, easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants. The room was a little quirky but we loved it, the bed was very comfortable . Reception staff were very helpful and personable. Rooftop bar was a great spot, albeit service sometimes a little slow.

The lights in the room were tricky to manage, hard to just switch on a single side light; it didn’t really bother us but reception staff recognised it as an issue, so other people must have realised it before.

This hotel is a gem! Great experience for a reasonable cost.

This hotel is a great find! Its location is perfect, near all the attractions both within the city and outside. The rooms are really roomy, clean. The staff is super helpful. Best of all, the restaurant on the 8th floor is totally unique and a great way to entertain and see the city. And the cost is very reasonable for all the value you get.

wonderful would stay again

Fab location close to everything .. huge comfy beds. lovely rain shower and well stocked mini bar . loved the rooftop bar and staff were all very friendly

The lighting in the room was hard to work out and the switches were funny

Not 5*hotel, poor value for money! staff unfriendly with rolling eyes, don’t pay attention to customers asks, no tea/coffee facilities in the room, no usb sockets ports. Showers next to beds with open top so the steam comes out to the room. Sinks next to bed too.

Comfortable great location

The hotel is in a great central location. the reception staff were very helpful. The food at the rooftop restaurant was nice but a the room was a bit stinky!

The fact that the shower was in the middle of the room. great if you’re with your partner not with family!
