Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε άριστη τοποθεσία, κυριολεκτικά 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια προς τον Ναό τού Αγίου Στεφάνου,σε απόσταση αναπνοής έχει και στάση του μέτρου, το πρωινό του ονειρικό,είχε κυριολεκτικά τα πάντα, το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο, με ένα άνετο και ανατομικό κρεβάτι που πραγματικά απολαμβάνεις ξεκούραση, αυτό που μας έκανε εντύπωση είναι ότι οι φωτογραφίες του ξενοδοχείου αντικατοπτρίζουν την πραγματικότητα χωρίς να παραπλανούν τον πελάτη

Εκεί που υπήρχε ένα ψιλό προβληματακη είναι στο room service , ενώ στην ρεσεψιόν και στο πρωινό επικοινωνούσα αριστα, στις παραγγελίες υπήρχε ένα μικρό ελαττώμα επικοινωνίας χωρίς φυσικά να επηρεάζει την συνολική εικόνα μου προς το ξενοδοχείο

Der Aufenthalt war gut.

Lage sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich.

Im Restaurant (Lobby) zu wenig Personal. Es hat sehr lange gedauert bis man bestellen konnte und bis die Getränke/das Essen gebracht worden sind.

Prednost hotela je polozaj u centru grada pa sve mozete obaviti pjeske, osoblje u lobbiju za pohvalu

Soba nije bila cista, sve je bilo puno kose i kore od voca iza zavjesa

Θα επιστρέψουμε ξανά!

Μεγάλα, άνετα και πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια. Ηχομόνωση πολύ καλή και φοβερή θέα.

Πέρα από σαμπουάν, conditioner κλπ δεν υπήρχαν amenities όπως οδοντόβουρτσα κλπ. Το ψυγείο ήταν άδειο.

Good location but no cleanliness.

Good location with easy access to main sight seeings and shops. Many restaurants within walking distance.

The bathroom towel upon arrival was dirty. No one from room service or reception was available on call. Even after going down to reception, no one came. I had to go back to reception and ask to speak to the manager who personally helped us to get new clean towels. Next day, I received a letter through the door requesting to pay an outstanding bill which I had already paid through booking.com

Leider gar nichts ! Personal leider viel zu langsam und unfreundlich.

Das gebuchte Upgrade wurde gar nicht erwähnt und nach mehrmaligen fragen meinte die Dame am Empfang ! Ich kann ihnen vll das Zimmer ab 16.30 geben . Um 16.30 haben wir dann ein unmögliches Zimmer bekommen und das bezahlte Upgrade wurde auch nicht eingehalten und auch nicht rückerstattet!

Very pleasant!

Very nice interiors, both in the public (shared) spaces and in the room. Our room was quiet, clean, and nicely furnished. Staff were polite and helpful, the location was slightly off from the city centre but this meant that the room was quiet (and it was not a long walk to get into town).

Готель у зручному місці, зручно добиратись з/до аеропорту, поруч парк, пішоходна доступність до центру.

Вперше за багато років в готелі у мене зникли гроші, що я необачно залишив на столі у номері. Дуже неприємно.

Otel ile havaalanı arası tren ile sadece 1 durak. Tren istasyonundan otel ise 1 dk 😀 konumu merkezi çoğu yere yakın ve yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltı ise başlı başına harikaydı

Over rated. Did not feel like a 5 star hotel. Location was perfect

The location was excellent. Hotel right by the CAT, so handy to get to the airport

Disappointed by the feel of the hotel. Didn't feel like I was in a 5 hotel . Very over rated. No extra's for example shower cap, bath robe, slippers etc. The worst was being charged twice

Verdikleri ilk odada sadece kaynar su akıyordu.Telefon çalışmıyordu.Mecburen çok yorgun olmama rağmen Resepsiyona gittim ve durumu anlattım.15 dakikaya teknik servis geleceğini söylediler.Odada tam 30 dakika bekledim kimse gelmedi.Tekrar resepsiyona gittim ve kimsenin gelmediğini söyledim.Teknik servisi aradılar ve bana mesai saatinin bittiğini söylediler.Odayı değiştirdiler.Daha iyi bir oda verdiler ama bana fazladan yorgunluk oldu.Oda temizliği yeterince iyi değildi.

Would definitely return. A great hotel for couples and good location.

Extremely clean and in a good pocket of Vienna. Room was great.

Some of the staff were a bit cold and TV wasn’t working at the start.

Fara apa in camera, minibar in camera gol si comanda unei sticle cu apa in camera extrem de scumpa, prosopelul de maini de la baie murdar de ruj, fara halat de baie in camera, fara obiecte de igiena de unica folosinta (burete pantofi, pieptan)...La rezervarea de pe booking am mentionat camere apropiate dar la receptie nu s-a indeplinit cererea, fara sa fiu anuntat dinainte prin mesageria din booking sau telefon/mail

Une escapade de 2 nuits à Vienne efficace grâce à la localisation de cet hôtel haut de gamme

Le confort et le professionnalisme d’un hôtel international. Les chambres sont grandes, confortables et le personnel professionnel et discret. Hôtel très bien situé au centre, parking souterrain à proximité, accès aux transports publics très proche, juste parfait.

Doručak je izvrstan a lokacija fantastična, garaža uz hotel, odličan restoran i bar u hotelu, osoblje ljubazno.

Instalações à Hilton. Top. Pequeno almoço fantástico. Proximidade de tudo! Metro à porta, hop on hop off, avenidas principais! Restaurantes e bares também. Camas e almofadas muito confortáveis. Decoração moderna. Tomadas usb em todos os cantos. Limpeza dos espaços comuns (finalmente um hotel sem manchas nas tapeçarias do chão junto aos quartos). Colaboradores bem formados e amigáveis. Espaço privado e automático no hotel para compra de bens de primeira necessidade ou alimentação para os quartos. Se conseguirem, jantem uma noite no restaurante do Hotel. Dispendioso mas muito bom. Bar do hotel muito bom, com staff atencioso.

Difícil. Não há nada que tenha fica na memória quanto a pontos negativos.

Lovely, smart hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The foyer area is nice and open with plenty of space to sit and relax.

Nearly all the hotel staff were lovely and friendly except at the check-in desk where some of the staff were abrupt and cold. Keeping the cups, coffee etc. in a drawer in a cupboard is, for me, inconvenient - they should be easily accessible.

Todo un acierto!!

- Ubicación centrica a 10 o 15 mins andando a principales monumentos y junto estación tren al aeropuerto y metro . -Amabilidad y eficiencia del personal. -Colchones comodisimos. -Calidad y variedad del desayuno

- La espera al hacer el check in, esta estipulado a las 16:00 horas,.y me parece tarde.

Flot velbeliggende hotel med super morgenbuffet

Virkelig god morgenmad, rigtig god værelser (generelt et flot hotel), tog fra lufthavnen stopper stort set lige overfor hotellet. Virkelig centralt og i gåafstand til rigtig mange seværdigheder.

Неплохой отель. На пару дней более чем.

Отличный номер, удобное расположение в десяти минутах от старого центра, парковка в подвале, обратная связь с менеджером гостиницы.

Не было тапочек, халата и воды. Только для гостей клуба Хилтон. Но после моих настойчивых просьб, все это дали. Но впоследствии воду не пополнили.
