Très bonne localisation

La disponibilité et l'amabilité du personnel ainsi que la description de la Chambre et des équipements qui était conforme à la réalité.

Ich komme gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. 7 min vom Schwedenplatz und 7 min von Wien Mitte und CAT (zu Fuß). Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Großer LCD TV und Kitchen eck mit Kaffee Maschine, Mikrowelle, Herd- Sehr guter Service!

Der Verkehr auf den Straßen hat man auch noch weiter oben gehört, ist aber so in der Stadt, Insbesondere die Straßenbahnen, Der Lüfter im Bad war immer an, was etwas gestört hat, Die Fenster im Dachgeschoss sind recht klein. Vielleicht doch etwas teuer.

Muy recomendable

Esta muy bien situado. El tranvía del centro y alrededores para en la puerta del hotel. Las habitaciones son chicas pero cómodas. Los baños excelentes. Se puede ir al centro historico caminando. Excelente ubicación para acceder a las atracciones principales. Las comodidafes del apart perfectas. Hasta lavavajillas. La atención muy buena. Siempre dispuestos a hacerte una estadía agradable. Lo recomiendo pues la relación precio calidad es óptima.

Perfekt gelegenes und unkompliziertes Hotel

Das Aparthotel liegt sehr praktisch am Rand des Stadtzentrums. Mehrere U-Bahn Linien sind in Gehdistanz (U1, U3, U4). Wir hatten ein sehr bequemes und geräumiges Zimmer. Die kleine Küchenecke ist praktisch, wenn man sich mal einen Tee kochen möchte.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenster auf die stark befahrene Straße. Die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert, aber ein Zimmer in den Innenhof wäre ruhiger gewesen. Im Badezimmer hat sich nach 2 Tagen die Lüftung eingeschaltet und lief dann die ganze Zeit - auch etwas laut und lästig.

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel....

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Lage ist gut, Anbindung an den Nahverkehr ideal. Aber...

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft um ein Deposit von 50€ in Bar gebeten. Leider haben wir uns diese etwas unübliche Vorgehensweise nicht quittieren lassen. Bis heute, rund 2 Monate später, zieht sich eine ermüdende Kommunikation mit dem Hotel hin. Mehrmals wurde sich entschuldigt und ein umgehende Rückerstattung zugesichert. Passiert ist bis heute gar nichts.

Viiniä jaelämyksiä Wienissä

Aamiainen oli mainio, maittava ja sisälsi kaikki perusjutut, joita hotellivierailijat tavanomaisesti odottavat, mutta 18€ aika korkea hinnaltaan. Henkilökunta ammattitaitoinen ja hymyilevä. Hotellin sijainti on loistava ja julkinen liikenne helppokäyttöinen sekä mutkattomasti toimiva. Suomalaisena ilahdutti erityisesti Kone Oyj:n hissit ja SAUNA, jota tosin ei nyt ehditty testata.

Henkilökunta olisi ehkä voinut mainostaa ja tiedottaa esim. saunasta ja kuntosalin käytöstä hieman myös oma-aloitteisesti, mutta olisivat varmasti kysyttäessä opastaneet. Kaikki meni kuitenkin kokonaisuutena hyvin. :)

a great Aparthotel in the centre of Vienna

The position of the hotel is excellent because you can easily reach the centre of the city by a 10 minutes walk. the staff at the reception was very helpful and the room that they gave us was spacious and super clean.

Great city break

The location was ideal , within walking distance of the main attractions , quite quiet. The room was well equipped which helped to keep the cost down. There was a fabulous shop close by which had everything that you could need.

Being an inside room there was no view & it felt a bit claustrophobic as it wasn't possible to open the window. The end panelof the shower cubicle is a bit of a danger hazard - it's so clean that you cannot see it & could easily bump into it.

Travellers beware

Staff were very attentative,location was pretty good.

I don't think it was as clean as it should have been,however,that is not the worst of it-the bottom sheet did not fit the bed properly and kept coming off revealing a tired old/flat and somewhat grotty mattess-unacceptable. Parking was an issue and quite expensive even at the discounted rate from the hotel.

It was perfect for my 10 day stay, felt comfortable and right at home

liked the location, easy access/walking to center, Prater, U-Bahn, Tram right across the street. Room was nice and spacious, great view. Loved having the kitchenette. Grocery store close by. Hotel is right by the Danube Canal

Disappointing

Not good wasnt much choice , only had very minimal amount , got told I had to pay extra for my wife aswell because I was told I only booked a single and not double room, which when booking I could not amend the room , but didn’t think it was a problem has I booked for a double , no one said we had to pay extra when we went in breakfast on the first morning, but charged when we checked out

Generally very satisfying, would recommend.

Breakfast was versatile and satisfactory. The location was perfect - a 10-minute walk away from the Innere Stadt, well-connected to the rest of the city and easy to find. It is in a safe area, and our room had an amazing view. The room was spacious and clean with an organized and fully supplied kitchenette with clean towels and TVs in each room. It's great for accommodating three people.

The receptionist who accommodated us seemed a bit absent-minded - we weren't told we need the room card/key to activate the elevator, we weren't told when and where breakfast will be served, he forgot to give us the room key, we didn't know we weren't charged for our last day of breakfast until check-out although we agreed to pay for the total days of breakfast at check-in. We are aware that guests should ask for any additional information, but we expected to be informed about the general functioning of the hotel at our arrival. Other than that we had no complaints, and the restaurant staff was very friendly and kind.

Wonderful apartment near the Danube, ask for instructors about the cook top

Wonderful clean, bright apartment, with a kitchen, bathroom and large bedroom. Close to the Danube River for nice River walks. It is close to a good grocery store.

Operating the cook top was confusing. You needed to turn a mob on the wall to start the cook top and keep turning it every 15 minutes Then you turned the nob on the stove top the right. it is very important to keep the fan going because if the fire alarm goes off the fire dept comes and you are charged 500 Euros.

Excellent all round.

Spacious and spotlessly clean Apartment. Staff very helpful. Really central location; walking distance to centre. Tram lines 1 and 2 stops very close and get you to all the main attractions. Billa grocery store few minutes walk. Highly recommended excellent value for money.

Arrived around 11am due to early incoming flight and the room was already available. Nice room, very central, easy check-in, not much else I could have asked for.

Very unpleasant

The location of the hotel is very good, close to express train to the airport, to the city center and the public transports.

The air of the room was very of very poor quality, due to the fact that it is was not allowed to open the window and the AC/ventilation system was not working properly. This resulted in a very unpleasant stay, we could not sleep well any of the 4 nights we stayed, we could not enjoy the accommodation at all, since the room was very hot and with poor quality air. Ultimately the staff/management did not help and support, they just repeated it was not allowed to open the windows. We believe this information should be indicated prior to the booking, as it is equivalent to have a studio without a window.

Location, very close to city

Bed was a pull down type and was too high making it difficult to get out of. Additionally it took up too much room so you could only get out from one side. The worst part was that we couldn't open any window due to "government regulations". No view either.

the sink of the bathroom did not drain correctly, but I called front desk and they repaired immediately
